Privacy Policy

R.Solace (a project of LMK Management LLC, which does business as LMKdev; “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. We collect only what we need to send you the stories and updates you ask for.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: your email, your name (optional) and your phone number (optional, only if you separately opt in to texts), plus a consent record — what you agreed to, the page you signed up on, the time, your IP address and browser type — so we can prove you asked to hear from us.
• When you read: our host receives standard request data (IP address, browser, page, time) to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and gives us only aggregate numbers.
• When you email us: your address and message, used only to reply.

How we use it

To send the newsletter (and texts, only if you opted in), to keep a record of your consent, to answer you, and to keep the site secure. We never use it for advertising.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It is handled only by the service providers that run R.Solace for us — Resend (email list and sending), Supabase (our consent record), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics) and, for texts, our SMS provider — all in the United States, and disclosed to authorities only when the law requires it.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as an opt-out of sale and sharing (see /.well-known/gpc.json). Because we sell and share nothing, there is nothing else to switch off.

Your rights and how to use them

Depending on where you live (including under the CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

• Unsubscribe from email: use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email.
• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
• Access, correct or delete: email privacy@rsolace.co with the subject “Privacy Request.” We verify the request by replying to the address we hold.

We respond within one month (EU/UK) or 45 days (US states) and tell you if we need longer. You may use an authorized agent. If you are in the EU or UK you can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Where we rely on your consent (the newsletter, texts), you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Your subscription stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. The consent record is kept for as long as we might need to prove consent (generally while you are subscribed and a reasonable period after), then deleted. Hosting logs are kept briefly by our provider for security.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will delete it.

International readers

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We review it at least once a year.
